The Pet Nanny Rabbit and Guinea pig boarding service terms and conditions

The Pet Nanny will provide safe, clean, and appropriate boarding conditions for your pet(s).

Your rabbit must be up to date with vaccinations against Myxomatosis and Viral Haemorrhagic Disease (VHD) and the RVHD2 vaccine. Make sure you bring your rabbit's up to date inoculation certificate/proof of vaccines.

You must inform us if your pet has any existing medical conditions, each case will be taken into account and I will do my best to accommodate their needs. If they require medicine during their stay I am happy to administer it free of charge.

If guests become unwell during their stay and require a trip to the vet, I will do my utmost to make contact with you on the emergency telephone number if stated on your booking form. If I am unable to get hold of you in an emergency I will act under the advice of the vet consulted. By signing this form you are consenting for me to use my discretion and take your pet to the vet if necessary. An animal's welfare is my primary concern.

Owners will be responsible for costs incurred for veterinary visits/treatment upon collection of guests. A charge of £20 will be payable for each visit to the vet to cover time.

I reserve the right to take action deemed fit in respect of your pet in the event of non-collection or contact by yourselves after 7 days from the arranged date of collection. My arrangement will be to try and re-home your pet.

I accept no liability in the unlikely event that your pet becomes ill or dies during their stay as the environment is safe and is kept clean; all pets are left entirely at the owner's risk. I will contact you or your emergency contact immediately and will do my utmost to follow your wishes.

The balance of your boarding fee will be payable on your arrival in cash or by bank transfer.

Daily price includes: litter, bedding, hay, fresh vegetable and herbs, daily exercise and daily updates.

We ask that you bring your pet's own usual dried food to ensure consistency with their diet.

Please let me know if you would prefer for your pets not to feature on my social media accounts and website.

Please note that prices are per day including the day your pet arrives with us, regardless of time of arrival. There is no charge for the day of departure providing you collect your pet before 10am. After 10am you will be charged for another day.​

Please arrange your drop off and pick up times at least 48 hours in advance and arrive promptly.

I run my very small business around my family life as therefore cannot accommodate late arrivals. However, I appreciate traffic can be an issue and I am usually able to allow a 30 minute window. Please keep me updated if you are running late. If you fail to arrive in a timely manner your drop off or pick up will need to be rescheduled or your booking canceled.
